Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. We'll notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 are subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days after processing.

International Shipping We ship internationally! International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages Moonwell is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at [pataimeo15@gmail.com] within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will do our best to assist you.
